Do your DJ's take requests?

We know each event is different and special to you. The venue, catering, and decor are ways to personalise your event. Music is often overlooked. This is why our DJ’s are on hand to discuss all music requirements before your event and are also available to take requests on the day too!

Are you insured?

Yes we have insurances requested by most venues including Public Liability cover for up to £10Million. Our Equipment is PAT tested too, as it is requested by most venues.

Can we get involved with song choices and media to be played on the screens?

Of course! It’s your big day so you can have as much involvement as you want with song requests and Media for visuals. We do however request all song requests and photos/videos to be submitted to us 2 weeks prior to your event at the very latest. This can ensure that we have your requests ready in time for your event and all visual media is working correctly.

How early do you require access to the venue?

This can vary depending on your chosen package and the equipment and services hired. This will be clarified during the booking process to let you know the amount of time required to setup for your event.

What if I need equipment that is not listed on your site?

If you have an idea in mind or don’t find what your looking for on our website give us call. With trade links across the country we might just be able to source what you’re looking for at a competitive price too!

How long does it take to setup for an event?

It depends on the equipment and services hired. This will be determined during the booking process and we’ll clarify what time we need access at the venue in order to setup for your event.

Do you set up hired equipment?

Yes. Our team will deliver and install your hired equipment at your event.

Do you offer technician services to setup or run the equipment at an event?

Yes. Our technicians are available for setting up equipment at your event and staying throughout the entire event if an onsite technician is booked.

What is Dry Hire?

Dry Hire is the hire of equipment without any accompanying operators or staff.

Do you offer dry hire?

We offer a dry hire service for some of our equipment. Most of our services include a technician, operator or other members of staff to come and install and/or stay throughout your event. Get in touch for further details.

How do I know what type of equipment I need for my event?
